Clause 01

Engagement Logic.

All design and engineering services are subject to a formal project agreement. Creative work initiates only after the successful deployment of the architectural deposit. Late pivot requests are subject to technical audit.

Clause 02

Intellectual Equity.

Full ownership of finalized architectural brand systems and interfaces is transferred to the client upon full settlement of the final investment. I maintain the right to showcase the finalized output within professional archives.

Clause 03

Project Scope.

Revisions are managed as per specific project thresholds. Any expansions beyond the agreed architectural roadmap will require a scope adjustment and alignment to the updated investment framework.

Clause 04

Liability Buffer.

Ondwariobiko is not liable for business outcomes or technical failures of third-party platforms utilized within project delivery. Services are provided on a high-end "as-engineered" basis.
